LEADERBOARD FORMULA
Points = (Field Size ÷ Finish Position) × 10
Field Size = number of entries in the tournament
Finish Position = player’s final placement (1 = first, 2 = second, etc.)
Multiply by 10 for simplicity and bigger point spreads
EXAMPLE
Tournament has 100 players:
1st place: (100 ÷ 1) × 10 = 1,000 points
2nd place: (100 ÷ 2) × 10 = 500 points
5th place: (100 ÷ 5) × 10 = 200 points
25th place: (100 ÷ 25) × 10 = 40 points
50th place: (100 ÷ 50) × 10 = 20 points
